universe internet down

Just lost all services about two hrs ago.
while online with customer service the tv came back on.
the cs lady was surprised because all she did was test the line.
still no internet though. Someone is coming out tommarrow.
why is tv working but no internet?
I can't even access the page on the gateway.
thanks for any help

I'd do a hard reboot of the RG by unplug/plug in power after 30 seconds. Will lose all services while it does the reboot.  This will fix many RG problems, let us know if it worked, good luck. 😉

Thanks. That fixed the problem. I know we did this last night when I was on the phone with the cs because the tv came back up.
