HD is 1000-1999. Some channels above that may be HD, but are generally (always?) mirrored in that 1XXX range. For example: Fox Deportes HD is 16XX and 3XXX, but ESPN Deportes HD isn't in the 16XX range.
I believe Galavision HD is in the 3XXX range, but also not in the 1XXX range...at least for me.

Not 100% accurate.
