UVerse app not working, HELP
The UVerse app on my Firestick is no longer letting me login. I keep getting error authenticating. I have tried both my personal log in and my ATT email log in, neither work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and restarted the Firestick as well. All to no avail. I also tried logging on to my UVerse from my phone app. It never stops loading.
What can I do to get connected to my UVerse?

Tried all of that before I posted. The phone app never gets past authenticating. The Firestick app keeps saying error authenticating.

Make sure you’ve unlinked your Uverse member ID from other emails at the att.com website under managing your profile. If the master account still doesn’t work, try using or creating a subaccount.

What worked on my android phone: create a new sub-account. The new sub-account is a new additional email account. You will then use the new email+password for the app login...
On a desktop/laptop/tablet login to att.com using your original primary ATT email address. Then create a new sub-account.... Example: if your primary email is [email scrubbed], you could go with [email scrubbed] or something easy to remember.
This got the uverse app working again for me after being locked out for two months.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my android phone as a precaution before trying the new login.
