Uverse App Sign on issues

This is the second thread I have opened.  Still no luck in getting the ability to sign on to the UVerse App.  I have cleared the cache, I have deleted the app and loaded again.  I tried to change the password.  Nothing works.  I keep getting same story.  There is a IT issue and there is no estimated date to fix.  And I have been trying for 3 weeks so I believe them.  Ridiculous.  I worked for this company for years and it has come to this.  They have no one who can fix an existing issue.  Glad I sold all my stock when I retired.

Let's see if we can get your U-verse app working again, @GrampaDawg

 

Have you tried signing in using your AT&T email instead of your personal one? This has fixed similar cases in the past.
