U-verse Bundle

I've had this service almost 2 months and have been trying to create an account online.  But only can get into my wireless phone account.  How do I create a separate account for u-verse.  

Also, the installation lines have been laying on top of the ground for almost 2 months.  I have called several times but to no avail.  Someone came out and gave me a ticket number and said it would be another month.  Unacceptable.  I believe I will have to pursue this problem further.
