UVerse digging

Question

Crews in support of the ATT U-Verse digging has torn up my yard and have not returned to fix the issue.  They burried plants, ripped out an outside electrical outlet + run and I need this resolved today.  I will expect full compensation for all damages! That will include a licensed electrician to repair the outlet + run along with replacement of plants/grass.

Start taking alot of pictures with the date/time stamp turned on. AT&T contracts out their risk management/liability to Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. The more documentation and receipts the better. Unfortunately, calm and alot of patience will be required.

They are doing the same to me. I paid thousands for new grass and full irrigation system last June. I arrived home last night with my irrigation yanked out, 5000 feet of cable strung through my yard and a 20 foot long by 3 foot wide by 5 foot deep hole. They had the sidewalk piled with dirt. They said they will fix it. Yeah right! I have a particular uniform grass and what about my irrigation? I have pictures of before and now. Did I mention their equipment has torn up the whole easement they didn't dig too? Pitiful work. Cable does NOT need to rip that big of a hole. Googles work isn't this bad on people's yards!
