Uverse internet speed

I am looking to switch to Uverse internet and when I run my address I can only get 18Mbps, but my neighbors on either side of  me they can get 45Mbs and also adresses I checked across the street can get 45Mbps. So I am not quite sure why I can only get 18, we also get our drops to the house via the sam utility poles. Any insight would help.

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your odd internet speed situation.

Include your email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply.

Hopefully they can help you w/this problem.  Good luck 😉
