Uverse is refusing to honor my deal even with proof they agreed to it
back in january, there was one of the many phone/ online conversations with someone speaking broken english that i had to have to keep my bill the same price every. single. month. which was agreed upon far earlier.
they quoted me a credit for a certain month with a confirmation number which i took several screen shots of.
fast forward to yesterday and they told me quote "there's no way for us to see that photograph, we're giving you all the discounts we can. by the way you have late charge"
you know, those late charges they put on and never refund even after you pay them. and the reason you aren't paying your bill is because the amount is wrong.
This is the last step before pursuing further action, it is apparently what happens when the person helping you doesn't have full command of the english language.
I don't need cable tv, they're about to find out.

still not resolved. at this rate i'll never get my bill adjusted and credited. you're asking me to contact uverse twitter again to and not be helped. i was just in contact with at&t and they were trying to make me feel stupid by saying "let me explain, we are already giving you the best promotion"
while ignoring the fact they promised a one month credit.
so keep paying a bill that isn't the right amount and let them keep promising they'll fix it? afraid not. no more uverse for me.
