UVerse missed online appointment, wasted my day
I signed up to upgrade the UVerse service speed (power plan), originally scheduled for today, Friday. No one showed up. No one attempted to contact me or even send me an email. Then I logged back into my account to see what's going on, and I see that my appointment has been mysteriously moved to Monday instead. So I just wasted a vacation day off work for no one to show up. I had to reschedule to two weeks from now because that's the next day I can take off work. AT&T fix your online scheduling system please.
