U-verse: moving automatically renew a contract
They're claiming my contract automatically renewed when I moved and said I got that Visa reward card (which I never did) and it implied I accepted it. There's no legal consent. This is frustrating. Anyone ever had same experience?

@Sleebihead It was up to you to go to the Reward Center and redeem your rewards. Should've gotten a letter 30 days after install then gone to website and redeem it.

Too many don't come here earlier to be able to get their rewards, we can give them the lowdown on how to get them. Unluckily what Reward Center says goes, CS will not override anything. 😉

Never consented to a new year of contract.

@Sleebihead Not a scam, I've gotten all the rewards I earned by knowing how the game works. Found out about Reward Center by joining Utalk (much better precursor separate from wireless to this forum) on my install date. Had been lurking there since I'd gotten the Congratulations answer from ATT 2 weeks earlier.

If the comtract starts over with a visa card, that would imply that one CAN break contract if moving.
