Not directly, only thing available is repair and install info available online.  Sometimes if you call into the 800 # there will be an outage message b4 you get a rep on the phone.

Those at ATT Customer Care and ATT Uverse Care usually know more about area/city wide outages and can PM them about them. 😉

That's really unfortunate...

Its also sad that the Chat Tech Support people cant say "No we dont have such a portal", instead they keep poking you at "Trouble shooting" sites...

Sometimes, everything is fine... But people are curious about their environment... It would be nice to see Outages in the area... Current and in the recent past...

Such a portal would be an immense leap forward in AT&T customer service.

Hence, it doesn't stand a snowball's chance in heck.
