I am very disappointed with my services. I am tired of being given incorrect information when I call in for questions regarding my account and it is very unfair to me the consumer. I’m also tired of calling the Executive offices only to speak with an Executive CSR with a nasty attitude! I really need to speak with the President of this company now!

Date written or sent
Your name as it appears on the account
Full name and relation or title (company) of the person sending the letter
Account number(s) and or mobile numbers involved
Any other accounts/mobiles the customer may have with us
A current contact phone/fax number and contact name
A valid return address (preferably not a PO Box)
The problem or concern explained in detail
The possible cause (who, what, when, where, and why)
The customer's expectation/resolution
Any supporting verifiable information or documentation

United States A young Cuban manager gave us horrible treatment, he was rude and horrible, by making my baby wife and I wait when I had a reservation, this young man preferred to help other people than me just because he got angry with me since I was kindly demanding for immediate assistance since my work does not allow me to waste so much time on trivial things, but this young man did not give a (Edited per community guidelines) about me and decided together with his employees not to help me and disrespect me in a public way and because of his rude decision I wasted time and in I lost money from my job because I was late thanks to your horrible bad treatment as a manager. I would really appreciate it if this young man may not be fired by AT&T but please at least call him to attention. One more thing when he demanded to help me with my situation was because he made me wait for 1 hour. Thank you and good afternoon.
