U-Verse TV Disconnection Request/Corporate Escalation

Hi there,

 

I would like someone from corporate to please return my call regarding a 1 year issue with my U-Verse TV service.  Customer Service Manager this evening was rude and argumentative and sent me online to escalate: att.com/contactus.  Not helpful.
