Uverse

I cannot login to U-verse. My user ID and password works on everything else I.e. at.net and att.com anything where you would need to use it to gain access. I even clicked forgot user ID and got a text with my user name which like I said works everywhere but U-verse. The rep on the phone and I worked on it for two or so hours to no avail! Now, from too many try’s, I have to wait until tomorrow, I’m locked out, not that I have the energy to mess with this anymore tonite! I just thought I’d type this out and have some Genius roll up on it and know exactly what to do! Thanks everyone and Happy Holidays to
