Valued Customer? Customer Service?

I really am having a hard time understanding who "AT&T" values as a customer and what do they mean about have "customer service" I am a current AT&T customer (maybe not much longer) who now out of contract (and with a huge HIKE in my bill) decided to switch my service to a bundle CURRENTLY being offered in my area. After speaking with nearly every sales, retention, chat, online deals only, and customer service department I have been given the run around, been pass around, hung up on, up sold, and down right lied to. The forum seems to be THE ONLY service in which a response is given or a actual solution is found. Now, the bundle in question that i would like is the "Amazon Prime Double" Bundle which include a higher internet, TV, HBO & Amazon Prime for an incredible 39.99... Me, well my current HIKE for internet ONLY is 51.00?!? Make sense to you?? doesn't to me either. Comparable service IN my area is about $45 w/ the inclusion Internet + TV. If i am unable to be accomadated an not lied to about what "service" is applicable to me id rather save the time, energy and MONEY and go with the comparable company. It just blows my mind that a new customer is that of more importance than a existing customer. Below you will see just what i mean attached are screen shots taken while writing this post with the exception to the great chat service rep who informed me of the BETTER deal.

I forgot to add, if desire the 2nd TV to have a wireless receiver, add the one time $49 charge to first bill, monthly rate would still be $8 per month, till new pricing on equipment fees end of January 2015. When expect bill will likely, based on 2014, increase $2-$5 per month.

We have been with Direct TV which is now AT&T for over 20 years. Our rates keep going up & up. When looking into "bundles" to save money, they were only available if I increased my phone plan. So basically I would be paying more to get $ off. We are Seriously planning on dropping them totally! There is no discount for long term customers. Our bill is over $170/ month and we don't even get any "premium " channels (HBO, stars ect). Not at all happy.
