Very bad service. Lack of training

I am a new customer and I always thought Comcast had the worst customer service but I was very wrong. If you look at my account you would know what I'm talking about (if the account is documented). I didn't even think AT&T had that many departments to be cold transferred too then have to repeat my issue all over again because the previous rep didn't document of the account. I hate repeating myself over and over and I'm sure other customers do too and don't even get me started on your offshore team.
