View Bills
I can't seem to view my bills, online, any more. I just have my home phone but the charges keep going up & down and I like to see the actual charges. I stopped doing paper bills because the mail service is wonky, here...and I was tired of getting my phone bill, late...I want to see my actual bill, for the specific charges...now it seems the PDF option is kaput. Any ideas???

I experienced this problem over the last couple of days. When I attempt to view my U-verse bill online I recieve the following error:

Tooltip Script Error Message:
wz_tooltip.js must be included INSIDE the body section, immediately after the opening tag.
This error is occuring with Safari and Firefox on the Mac platform and when using Internet Explorer and Firefox on the Windows side.
The AT&T website also instructs me to log in with my "Wireline ID" but the hyperlink text is not working. Also, I have no idea what a "Wireline ID" is.
So far AT&T technical support has been ineffectual in solving the problem. The AT&T billing department claims there is no way they can generate a copy of my bill and send it to my email address on file.
This problem seems to have begun when AT&T reconstructed their website.

I am able to succesffuly view and download my AT&T Wireless bill so it appears the problem only affects my U-verse, TV, Internet and Voice account.
