What is the secret to actually get Customer Service?
I wish to speak with a human about returning 2 bedroom receivers that are not being used AND trying to cut costs in any other way, if possible. An hour wasted online and trying to seek help in Chat. At least Comcast gave the option to request a callback! How do you get help with this company?!?!

Any discounts are improbable since Uverse TV is being phased out.
Call CS 1-800-288-2020 to let them know that you want to return the receivers. You will take them to a UPS/FedEx location for return. Be sure to keep the receipt that you receive.
