I was promised $300 in rewards if I purchased uverse, home phone and internet. I only got $100. Why is AT&T pulling bait and switch tactics to get customers?

I was promised a $200 gift card and all they said i was eligible for was a $100 gift card. I really think that At&t and Direct tv should hold up there end of what they say instead of selling false promises. And I have yet to see any gift card.I am very seriously thinking about switching to a different company. I my self don't like doing business with people who lie to there customers.Very irritated about the whole thing. Just speaking the truth thanks Joseph Milam!!!

You have to call repeatedly and get really angry before they'll take action. At least, that finally worked for me after 4 months. Although I did get $200 in Visa rewards cards, I'm still waiting for some mysterious additional $100. I was promised when getting new service. No one I've spoken to at AT and T can figure out that one. Sad. Terrible terrible service and many lies told by customer service.

They recently did the same thing to me. They want 180 + 15 for each month of service for cancelling early, with a false contract! File complaints with FCC and BBB until these get resolved, more people need to be reporting this. im having this same issue.. promised me $350 visa cards, account shows only 2 $50... called they added an additional $100 one but... still lacking $150...

I got them, it was a long fight. I tried customer service, twitter, and the live chat on their site and failed. You have to go above those people.
