Where to complain and get real help

  Longtime direct tv lover. We moved so I Ordered uverse bundle online. All went through and installation scheduled 3 days later. After this email was received stating there was a conflict and to call. Tried for 2 days to get help then person on phone said that a new order would have to be created which would postpone the install. Tried to explain I have already ordered and have install already scheduled!!  Basically told them to cancel everything I would go with others
