Where to file complaints and grievances-Uverse
Since I can't get any feedback, assistance, or help through any other source at AT&T; I'm hoping I can get direction here. I have filled a claim through BBB and plan to FCC. However, I would still like to file a formal complaint through AT&T. Is there a link? A site? Is it done through the mailing system? Account # **** After this is resolved I'm pretty sure I will need post traumatic counseling!

ATT is simply the worst customer service in the history of companies. Spent 2 hours on the phone. Disconnected 3 times. Every time I needed to re-verify my account etc. They couldn't care less about my needs. They outsource their customer service to bloody india and cant even understand the person on the other end. It has now been 3 weeks since they have recieved the request to install new Uverse internet service. The first 2 times did not even show up for the service appt THEY scheduled. I took 2 days off work sitting waiting for these ** to show. Then to be told, oh sorry we can reschedule again.......10 DAYS LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ** Att. ** I would stay clear of this monopoly company. I hope to see ATT and Direct TV fold under their own weight and cost cutting measures. Since when do you simply not care about the customers that keep you in business????? **

Customer service is terrible. I keep getting calls from sales rep promising new bigger and better things and then when the tech gets here they tell me that it's not available in this area. Ok, so why are your reps calling and setting up appointments. Anytime you call for help you sit on hold for so long. They put a new modem in and never buried the cable. This cable is lying down across a main road and being run over repeatedly!! Now it's shredded and I have no service!!!

15 years ago when my neighborhood first got the U-verse lines up; I died and went to heaven.
Finally I could drop my cable company because their TV guide was the worst
U-verse customer service was good and the turn around was great when my box broke after a year or so.
And weather on demand. How cool was that! This was when the had real people give the forecasts.
Then accuweather just went to script and the radar stopped working. Then no more 227 without any warning.
Section 8 blah blah blah Right to remove, change or alter.
I don't like Directv. Not because it's a bad or anything like that.
Just don't want a dish on my roof.... It's along story
Feels like they are forcing me to switch.

I am in the same boat!!!! AT&T has lied to me and tricked me as well!!! Who did you file with because I want to do the same! This can not continue to happen to honest people.

I have been a faithful AT&T customer that has put in complaints a multitude of times resigning in Poughkeepsie New York and the phone signal and internet signal has gotten progressively worse being disconnected from important phone calls losing signal 4 the internet as well as a multitude of phone calls and this is completely and utterly unacceptable and while visiting my beautiful daughter in Albany New York the signal was ridiculously strong verses what I deal with in My Home Town of Poughkeepsie New York and if AT&T want customers to stay with them they need to improve their strength and I cannot tolerate losing internet service or being disconnected from important phone calls anymore and this is very embarrassing for me because individuals with other internet service such as Straight Talk or Verizon amongst other ones their strength are nothing to complain about and they laugh at me because I am using AT&T!!!!
this is not a laughing matter which has entyceme and provoke me to changing my network service or my phone services as of next one unless AT&T can contact me and alleviate this problem and I doubt I'll ever get that phone call

Oh my goodness-same thing happened to me only worse I think! Yesterday I called ATT to set up a bundle service in Texas as my spouse and I are moving there.! First person we get has such horrible Enlish skills and poor salesmanship that my husband said forget it and hung up. Called son in law in Texas to check online the Att pkgs.offered and to possibly set service up for us---------as he tried setting it up for us an ATT person called by the name of "Jack" who said that he was in Miami. His English was a little better and after at least an hour he had everything set up, the pkg. deal, my code and security question and date/time for installation. All monies was stated that was going to be on the bill.! Whew! Shortly afterwards I get an email that if I did NOT provide more info within 7 days the order would be cancelled.!! So I called a number and talked with a Matt in the Philippines who checked everything out including my code and we talked about my credit report having an alert on it due to my medical files having been hacked into.! He said everything was fine and gave me my new account number etc.! I thanked him profusely! This morning I get a broken English person calling from Penn. asking if I wanted my order cancelled???!!!??!!. NO I say and I went thru the whole program over with him ending with him agreeing that his childhood hero was the same as mine and he confirmed the installation date and everything else that went with the order.! Later the same day I received an email that my order was cancelled!!!!!!!! I called and get a very poor English speaking person,and he said that I told the morning caller to cancel order and I said no I didn't and repeated the WHOLE story to him and he said that if I would cooperate he would fix it..I said that I WAS co operating and that I need his supervisor.Told him that none of the problem was his fault but to get me his supervisor. Wrong thing to do as I got a worse speaking person by the name of Mark who had a real attitude problem!! Told HIM the story and he said that he would reinstall the order and that h would get back with me. When he came back online with me he said that he would reinstall order but that I would have to pay $449.00 up front!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked why and he said because of my crdit. Told him my credit scores were extremely high but that I have an alert on it due to medical records having been hacked. He said nevertheless pay that amount or cancel and I said to cancel!!!! Within a very few minutes I get a text on my cell phone to call regarding setting up my installation time!!!!!!!! I called and after a minute of talking the person asked why I called him and I said because I had received his text! he said that order was cancelled and I said then why the text? He would look into it and came back on line telling me everything that I had been thru and I said yes and completed the story. He said I can't do anything about this and for me to try again in a few days. My Lord have mercy is ATT now a foreign company who does not know how to run a company and hire ENGLISH speaking people in the USA to at least deal with the English speaking Americans??? I will NEVER deal with ATT again and I certainly do hope that the company goes broke permanently! I certainly do NOT need them or their products! I will go elsewhere fpr my TV service, computer and landline!

Where do I send a complaint about ATT wireless internet? This process has literally been the most stressful process I've ever had with ANY service. From being promised a $30 promotional rate, to being charged extra for installation (I already had internet and was just moving it from the past renter, to my name) and my internet going in-and-out. I was told twice, that the promotional rate would be honored and felt so incredibly defeated after calling about 8 times to fix the numerous problems that I just settled on $40 because they could not get it together. By far, the most complicated service I have literally ever used. I wish I could cancel earlier, but i have to wait a year.

They miss 3 times to come to my house in order to install internet . I was promise by supervisor waiving the $99 installation fee. He never make a note in my account *. And never got a bill. Now they disconnect my service . I call and was told payup $144 or else. My bill was only $40 per month . This is bad. It seems, they don't care about their customers. If I knew this, I would never switch my service to AT&T

Lately I feel that the Wi-fi is being hacked by AT&T and is illegal. Lives matter and privacy is important. I know that you AT&T is trying a smart and nations connection but invading personal lives and hacking into people personal lives is a disgrace and uncomfortable and makes home a place you don't want to go. Its difficult to live in peace especially when you pay for entertainment and cant enjoy because your Wi-fi and or cable is hacked. I know that AT&T is able to track the hacking and support the need of privacy. Live-Streaming is ok, but we as people deserve a right to have privacy in our own home and in our lives...
