Why can't I talk to a supervisor ?

I have been talking to Andy [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] for over 20 minutes and now my wife is on the phone with him. He can NOT help us with our billing problem but keep telling us why we have a balance on our account. I repetly asked to talk to his supervisor but he keeps trying to explain to me that there is nothing the supervisor can do. What a joke ! My wife finally got him to let us talk to the supervisor ( well not so fast ) The supervisor is busy and won't be able to call us back for an hour ( i'm not surprised, with all the complains he must be dealing with ! )

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

Usually, explaining why you have a balance on the account IS helping with the billing problem. What other issue are you having?
