Why do you guys go against everything I ask for?

I don't know what is wrong with this company. Everything I have ever requested has been the complete opposite of what I have requested. I asked to have TV service canceled at the end of the promo contract. Instead it's still running and I'm being charged the full price even after I requested. Oh yeah. And it's all for a contract I NEVER SIGNED OR GAVE MY AUTHORITY TO HAVE THE PROMO ON MY ACCOUNT. I am moving the 4th and I asked for it all to be turned off on the 29th I do believe. That did not happen. And I got a full 190$ from ATT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Your live chat support and phone support have done nothing to assist me with anything. I'm completely disgusted with this company. I even have the return label for all of our boxes and stuff, but everything is still running as if I never requested. NOW I WANT YOU GUYS TO CALL ME. I'm tired of dealing with your crappy support and non existent help. Pathetic.
