Why do you run us off?
Our "promotion" has expired and our bill has increased 100%... doubled.... Now Ihave no choice but to move back to Time warner spectrum and move our cell phones back to Verizon! .... So now the same stupid issue that brought us to U-Verse will take us away. Why do all of you companies play this game?

U-verse promotions are introductory rates, as with most providers, and designed to expire. We have some support articles on this page, one is called Promotions Expiring?, that may help. Click on that, you will find more promo information there, including how to check online and ways to contact us to look into this further.
