why does ATT/Uverse publicize one price but end up charging you much more when the bill comes?

I was told when my service was moved that my bill would be $125 per month NOW I am being told that it will be at least $175 a month! As a widow with a child in college AND a public school educator that is outrageous! Besides being FALSE ADVERTISING according to the "help person" on the phone if I try to change my services to reduce my bill it will cost me MORE! ATT stinks and lies!
