Why is AT&T refusing to honor so many agreements?
I just searched "Customer Retention not being Honored" here in the forums and I got over 100,000 YES one hundred thousand hits for threads. A similar search on Google gleaned over 1mill pages.
WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES?
have spent over 10 hours on phone, and in hat/email with so many "customer service" reps at att over them not honoring a written contract/order from retention. I have PMed people here, no resolution, however AT&T Is a us company and they are obliged to obey state and federal laws, including CONTRACT laws.
Their failure to honor my agreement cost me an even better deal from COX and by golly i'm so tired of the run around.

Soooooo....I don't understand. Do you care to elaborate or offer a few details? Should your bill be less than whatever it is you're showing us? Service activation fee? Taxes, fee, surcharges?

Oh man two weeks ago you suggested a PM to customer sv. and so far all they have done is reply in private email they can't click any links, and when I have sent the the full pdf retention sent me on the day I changed my plan, they simply ignore me.
Yes my contracte ended 4/20 and I called because I was leaving for COX but they offered me the deal above so I stayed.
However, the changes haven't been made, The phone isn't turned on, and the bill is ablout 275

PM me and I will provide you with an executive office contact at the AT&T Corp HQ, in Dallas.
They can and do solve problems like this in a permanent manner! So you won't have to keep calling back again and again, or dealing with social media which have you constantly e mailing them to correct things over and over again.

I can Sympathize. I have had numerous billing irregularities with At&t, and trying to get them fixed is an Absolute nightmare.

After waiting on the line for 30 minutes to 45 minutes or longer. With AT&T, that is. I switched to my current provider, and the phone gets picked up the first time, with a Live person, and can Also Live-Chat, something AT&T doesn't even have the Option of. It is quite refreshing
Still trying to get At&t to stop billing me for service, even long after it was disconnected. They refuse. They are still billing me for future weeks, even though the signal was dropped long ago, and I have been a happy customer of another company ever since.
Happy with THAT company, I should say. Not with At&t. I don't understand Why they are so insistent on charging people for Services never rendered?
