Why is it so difficult?
I called a few months ago because u changed my due date. I paid my bill around the 5th of the month. Then u changed the date to pay by the 30th so I paid my bill twice.
So I called and was upset.
Last Month my bill was 13. Dollars because I had s credit now it is 43. What is going on?
I am tired of calling in. My U verse internet charge is 23.50.
Why put me through so many changes?
If u don't want my business just tell me.

Have 2 cell phones, have been a cell phone user and smart phone user, more than ten years.
Is it really worth the extra money you get when you put people through changes?
I know people who are switching they are so tired of the tactics.
Spend less on sending mailers; and more on real customer concern.
Some of us are seniors and on fixed incomes.
