Why?? Lied to again

I don't understand why i've been lied to again by your employees.  I called before paying my last 264 dollar bill because i didn't understand why it was so much.  At that time they told me i was being charge for the NFL ticket which i admit i forgot to cancel after the promotional period.  While on the phone the representative gave me another number to call to cancel the NFL ticket, however when i spoke with him he told me i had paid for NFL sunday ticket in full and if i cancelled it would just be a free service that i would no longer have access to considering the fact i paid for it already.  I was also told i was paying $57 for premium channels when HBO was all I asked for and all i received access to. 

 

Now my bill is again over $200 and I'm being told I'm still being charged for the NFL ticket.

 

WHY??????
