Why we left after only 30 days
Started service on 9/6/15. On 9/26/25 we received a email from customer service thinking it was a another welcome to att message we did not open it . On 10/8/15 our phones were turned off by att . The only way to talk to customer service is by chat on computer not phone . Tried to talk to them but they stated they could not help us . We will be posting our one month experience with att and talking to anyone who will listen truly poor customer service and they don't care

Did you pay your bill before the 8th? What did the email you didn't open say? I'm hoping you didn't leave it unopened.
