Why wont AT&T quit bombarding me with their Junk Mail marketing campaign?
for over 10 years without ever experiencing even a remote slowdown...My US residential mailbox get's stuffed on a daily basis with AT&T latest & greatest offers. Maybe if the company were willing to allocate (invest in providing) even 1/2 of the anual budget dollars toward KEEPING their customers happy as they SPEND yearly on hooking us in to begin with...we may be more willing to sign up for more. AT&T it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to figure out the MEANING of the "fine print" on each and every one of the fabulous offers...When and if the fine print is factored in ...THEIR ARE NO GREAT DEALS! PERIOD!

I've been an ATT customer for over 20 years (POTS>Cellphone>Uverse) and I don't get squat from them.
I feel ignored.

I'm scourin this website (ATT / DirecTV) to try to find out how I could opt-out of receiving those postal mail offers (junk mail) for Directv sign-up. I already am opted-out under myATT profile. I thought that would've helped but it never stopped the endless flow of junk mail, multiple times a week. If anyone has any ideas I'm all ears. The last resort would be to call the 800# on the mailer... but given what I've read on here about getting transfered and waiting on hold.. I really hope it doesnt come to that.
