WJAX TV chanel 47 Jacksonville

I understand that AT&T is not going to renew its contract with WJAX TV, the CBS affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida. If this is the case, I demand a reduction in my monthly bill.  I signed a contract with AT&T on the assumption that I would have uninterrupted access to the CBS network and all of the programing I enjoy.  I look forward to the courtesy of a reply

Hi @BA32216,

We apolgozie for any issues this may cause. We are always trying to provide the most content at an affordable cost. Within the TV service contract, channel lines are always subject to change. We apologize this may happen on one of the channels that you watch, and we hope this is not the case. You can fill out your concerns here.

I plan on giving this issue time to get straightend out...... through the weekend, then, I'm going to comcast, drop my entire AT&T account and that means phones too! I am tired of this tactic of hold the customer hostage , yet still expect us to pay our bills on time and nothing in return to compensate us for the inconvience of messing with our TV and internet. For me and my family, this cable bill is the largest entertianment bill of the month..... with todays world, we do not go out much anymore, it's watch TV, or use the internet. I'm sure comcast will be glad to take my money and Verizon seems to have inproved their coverage over the last few years. I suggest AT&T get this solved quickly!

There is a lot of households faced with the same issue: non-availability of CBS/WJAX. CBS is a primary channel and should not be overlooked on its impact on the removal for its viewers. You bet we are going to seek restitution and possible removal of AT&T as a provider. Have you seen the amount of info-mercials increase over the year? Definitely not going to continue to pay current  monthly cost for info-mercials without primary channels.
