Worst Customer Service on Earth
I've had Uverse for only 6 weeks and I have honestly never been more frustrated with a service in my life.
The fact that it repeatedly doesn't work is annoying enough but the horrible customer service and inability for anyone to tell me why the internet/cable keeps going out and when it is going to be fixed is unbelievable. I talk to a tech guy and they tell me it's a "local problem" and they can't do anything until it's resolved. Then I talk to a guy locally and they tell me they can't do anything and to talk to tech support.
Meanwhile I continue to waste money on a service that I am not even getting.
I know that ATT more or less has a monopoly in my area and I realize that, that is why they can operate this way with little or no consequences on their end. Don't know where to go at this point to get a straight answer from somebody.

I would suggest that you contact AT&T Customer Care via private message. These are not the same people as the CS/TS reps you call--they are social media managers who can connect you with the right people to escalate your issue. Include your name, account number and your contact information. Watch the blue envelope at the top right of your screen--they usually reply within 1-2 business days.
