Worst Customer Service Reps and Repair Techs LIE
Can't BELIEVE how much trouble I had to have them come repair a cut line. CS was only trying to read their script to me the whole time. Never asked what the trouble was. Had to beg them to listen and put the cut line in the repair order. Repair techs NEVER showed up, NEVER fixed the cut line but repeatedly cleared out the work order as completed. Had to call CS 10 times to finally get a Repair Tech to my house to fix the cut line. Took 2 days! Tried to have a Repair Tech Supervisor call me after that first tech lied and cleared out the work order with cut line still lying in the road. You can speak to the President easier. Because they WILL NOT let you speak to a supervisor or even have one call you. INSANE! Repair Tech finally showed up and he said NONE of his paperwork showed I had a cut line. No one put it in the repair order.
