Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!
AT&T is the worst provider I’ve ever dealt with!! I scheduled my move in advance!!! They were scheduled to be at my new residence 01/12 between 9-11 and never showed up!! I called so many times!!!! I had people hang up on me keep telling me the tech was on his way and the tech never showed up!! I called between 10:50 Am till probably 2 pm and nobody got back to be, tech never showed!!!! Then I received a text and email that my issue was resolved only to find out my services were canceled!!!! So I had to call again and they reschedule a WEEK later!!! No credit no nothing!!!!!! They were supposed to be here 1-3 and it’s 7:19 pm and STILL nobody showed. I’ve called several times today only to be told the same *** they were running behind will be here today between 1-3pm and STILL nothing!!! You call their customer service and any number and NOBODY was trying to resolve the issue!!! They are the worst ever and DIRECTTV should’ve never let them take over!!! I even tried to call directtv for a quote and they said they didn’t serve my area yet my neighbor has them so I’m assuming because they know I had a pending order. NOBODY has tried to make right of the situation!! I took time off of work TWICE!! They are the most inconsiderate *** I’ve ever dealt with!!!! I tried to make complaints with a supervisor or manager and NO!! I didn’t get anyone to help and here I am with no cable or internet not even a courtesy call or anything!!! I’ve been looking online to make a complaint and NONE of their links are helpful!! They want to give you the run around. I will go on all social media and above to let everyone know how TERRIBLE they are!!! THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY OR VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
