yard damaged by cable installation crew
I had U verse internet installed , works great .Tech that installed advised that a crew would contact me about burying the cable .bhe said "when they call request they hand dig so they dont mess up your yard " No one called .I came home and found cable buried , yard destroyed , ,sod removed , cable exposed and dirt all over . I have made 2 phone calls and was told we will be in contact . last contact by ATT was tech that came out and inspected site and said ne would follow up with "supervisor" that was 9 days ago and no one has contacted me . NOW WHAT !!!

I had a similar problem. They came out and buried the cable, I found my gates wide open and one was torn off it's hinge. No attempt had been made to secure access to my property. I am physically disabled and am unable to repair the damage. I called AT&T and after 1 hour 47 minutes and 10 seconds of being repeatedly placed on hold, speaking to four different individuals (Erin, Trish, Natalie, and Michael) I was told there was nothing they could do to secure my property but would have someone call me. That was 06/03/16, it is now 06/21/16 and I have still not received a phone call. This is an abusive disregard for customer property and customer rights to timely arbitration.

Forgot to mention that the phone number the service technician was not the same phone number which appeared on my bill....what the?????????
