You can CANCEL but they will NEVER STOP CHARGING YOU!

I see few of the similar posts but here is another outrageous case.

 

I called in to cancel my service in July and shipped in the equipment. 

I realized that ATT was charging me in my credit card from Auguest to October so I get on the chat with an agent.

The agent appologizes and says that she can address it by reversing th payments on my credit card. 

Today, I receive the final bill and it states that I need to pay back what ATT has refunded on my credit card.

I get on the chat with another agent and that person now says that she cannot do anything about it and I need to call 800-288-2020.

I am TOTALLY FED UP?

IS there ANY WAY I can get fix this situation???

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

They do not allow me to send a private message.

They must have blocked the service.

Nobody is blocking the service.

 

Never had anybody say that they aren't allowed to send a pm.

Are you getting a error message?

I tried several times but the button was not responding.
