You stole my money

Your company did not have me promise to deduct the money. And now it's taken three days for someone to admit they were wrong and now I have to wait 30 to 45 days to get it. No I done playing your games. I will see Att in court for more than just that amount. Because the way the paper trail is that you stole from my account with out my authorization. I can be contacted at ****. Oh and by the way I don't and did not have services with your company.

If you lost money through a credit card, you could try to contact your card company for an unauthorized charge. Did you enter a bank account number or credit card number for some sort of auto-pay? How exactly was money deducted and from where?

I had service for a week 2 months ago. I cancelled services because they were horrible. I used my bank for auto draft. When I cancelled they promised no charges and no money would be drafted. Because I qualified for a satisfying guarrentee. All equipment was sent back on time and all was supposed to be done at that time you would think. But a month later I received a letter say my account was past due. So called and spent 4 hours on the phone for them to say that was a mistake. And now this month they just decided to take money from my account. Now this is day 3 and they finally admit they made another mistake. Meaning that they were not going to pay me back. And that they will cut me a check in 30 to 45 days they will mail it to me. This is not right for me the wait that long for them to fix their mistake. If they can just take they can put it back just as fast as they took it. I'm sorry but my money is more important to me to let a company just take it for no reason. I'm not stopping until this is rectified. if I'm wrong please inform me.

Bad part is that ATT has seen these messages and delet my contact information. But can't contact me to settle this. And I have been on the phone with them for 3 hours today. Yesterday they put me on hold for over an hour until the department closed after saying the supervisor will talk to now but they never pick up. This is horrible customer service. I have not yelled cused said anything bad to any of the 14 people they have bounced me around too.

And an account can't be past due if it's on direct draft. If my credit is affected from this there will be a lot more problems for ATT. Words of advice do not do business with this company. They all lie and have horrible services with even worse customer service.

I just had a rep on the phone say that he was the one under the president of the company and that he could not do anything for me. But he did not know his name or could put me through to his voicemail. So how many more LIES will I hear today. Any takers I'm already at 3. By the way every call has been recorded. I'm expecting to be contacted by the person that can help me because 23 people have now said they don't know when I will receive my money back that was wrongfully taken.

My account has been closed over 30. Before they took the money from account. So this is theft. I will be suing for damages and my time spent. This could have never reached this point. If they would do what they suppose to. Delet my bank information and not take my money.
