2 Simultaneous Streams Error
Hello, I'm actually an ATT Sales rep and I set my parents up with DirecTV stream. They like it and have been using it for about 3 weeks now.
Last night of a sudden they called me to say they got an error message telling them they are trying to stream too many simultaneous streams out outside if the home. What's weird is that they are just using the 4 boxes at home and aren't using any devices at all. I figured it was just a glitch or something but now I'm curious as to why it's happening to them.

Devices? Boxes?
What streaming device(s) do they have?
Are they set up on their own account, or yours?

They have 4 stream boxes on their own account.

What sort of internet service do they have? DirecTV Stream depends upon static IP address to verify that the boxes are at their "home location". If their ISP changes their internet IP address too often, then this problem can happen since you're limited to only three devices when "out of home".
