3 month free premium channels

I signed up in May and am supposed to get Starz free for 3 months.  I had it for 1 month but niw when i log in it says I don't have that service.

Then you will need to contact support and discuss with a support rep. Unfortunately this is only a user forum and not support. No one here has access to accounts info.

The three month offer includes all premiums, not just STARZ. Can you confirm if you get any other premiums? Or are all of them not on the channel package list? As this is a public forum, you have to reach out to DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and ask for billing so that they can address the issue.

All premiums are included.  I had access to Starz and watched Gaslit, now I want to watch another show but when i try to it says I dont have access to Starz.

I should have free premiums for 3 months after signing up for att/direct tv stream end of May.  I no longer have access.
