902 Error on Stream

I have had issues since yesterday signing into direct tv Stream with a Philips RoKU TV,  I am getting a 902 error.

Is that an "error 902" or a "Care Code 902"? Any other messages displayed?

Were you ever a Directv Satellite or AT&T customer?  If so to fix this issue you would need to change your login information.  You would need to use a different email than you used for your Directv Sat. or AT&T account.  Hope this helps.
