after clicking undo delete for one, all recordings were deleted
We had about 20 Columbos recorded on the Cloud DVR. As we were watching one, we decided it was not very good and I started to delete it by clicking the three dots. It seemingly gave me the chance to undo it, which was a relief because my wife thought we should give it a little more time. After clicking undo, I found that not only was the episode deleted, but all the others also disappeared. Is there a way to recover them? It sure seems that DTV Stream is still very buggy.

Let us share with you that once the recordings are deleted, it's not possible to recover them. In this case it would be necessary to record them again.

Let me try to understand. Are you saying the machine accidentally deleted my recordings when I told it not to? It was not a bug in the software?

The 3 dots inside the player itself when playing back, right? That action should affect only the episode/individual recording itself, not the entire series folder. DIRECTV STREAM has fewer bugs now that when it started. As an additional check, can you make sure you have the latest update? I tried to replicate on my box by deleting episodes individually & undoing the deletion by going to the 3 dots inside the player and I wasn't able to replicate the behavior explained in this post.

Have you tried rebooting your box to see if they come back, after reboot?

Hundred bucks you hit the trash icon by the entire folder. The box doesn't do anything by itself.

Ludwick - There is no chance I did that. As I was watching the recording, I hit the 3 dots on the remote and then clicked delete recording. It then gave me a choice - click Got It or Undo. I clicked undo and the entire folder disappeared. The is no trash icon with this option. I have seen other posts complaining about recordings disappearing. You owe me $100.
