All DirecTV Recordings Disappeared - This is the SECOND TIME

Went to bed last night. All recordings were there. Woke up this morning and all recordings were gone. This is the SECOND time this has happened to my account in the past 6 months or so. Missing on both streaming devices and also from mobile app/computer.  Fed up with this. Last time tech support had the same troubleshooting script to read from. Reset device. Factory reset device, etc...etc...

Read to cancel service and switch to another provider.

Hi, @hz36t5. We don't want to see you go. Recordings in your DVR have a storage duration of up to 9 months and once it reaches the limit, the oldest recordings in the playlist are deleted. Also checking the receiver history and settings may help determine why or how the title was missed or deleted and help prevent it from happening.
