Amazon Prime Video

I installed Amazon Prime Video and it does not work correctly. Shows one movie to obtain at Amazon.com

What streaming device are you using? As this is the DIRECTV Community Forums, you may have better luck contacting Amazon directly to let them know of any issues with their app on a streaming device. Simple things to try are restarting the streaming device, updating the app and the streaming device, etc.

If you are talking about the app on the DTV STream box--works fine on mine. Try going into settings-system--apps/storage--apps. Go to the Prime Video app and "uninstall updates"---see if it works ok with the factory default. If you want to update it after then you can go to apps--google play store and update it there.

Inside the Prime app are movies you cannot rent/buy unless you go to amazon.com and perform the transaction directly there (I personally have experienced this). Once you buy/rent it then the movie/series will be enabled in the app itself for you to watch. This has nothing to do with the STREAM device where you installed the Prime app.
