Any updates on audio sync issues with Roku tv??
Obviously this has been a problem for years when it comes to using the DirecTV stream app on the Roku TVs. You'll be watching a movie and everything's fine and then all of a sudden audio sync is weird and it's behind 3 seconds then 15 seconds and so on. Honestly this only happens on my movie channels. Cinemax, mgm, starz channels etc. I've talked to DirecTV multiple times and they don't have a solution they say it's a Roku problem. 🤣😭 but none of my other apps have ever done this and I actually just bought a brand new Roku TV and the DirecTV stream app does the EXACT SAME THING. I even have a fire TV that I've run the DirecTV stream app on for about a year and it is never had this problem. I was thinking maybe they would do an update at some point (I'm always checking) but I guess not. Is it time to cancel?? Or has anyone got this resolved?

I had that similar problem a few years ago on the Roku box and Sharp Roku TV, at camp. We had only 100 mbps Internet. Our Internet provider boosted the signal to 300 mbps, and the issue went away.
I was thinking it was a Roku or DirecTV Stream issue until it got corrected with the Internet speed increase.
Also remember that live video (DirecTV Stream) requires more Internet bandwidth than static streaming (Netflix) does.
Not saying it is your issue but you should look into it.
