App error

Since I bought a new phone I have not been able to log into the DIRECTV stream app. I get error code 8013 subscription required. Help. Customer service is terrible.

Yes. I have no problem on my tv’s.

Are you using Apples Single Signon Option? Try deleting the provider, restart your phone, and then add the provider back.

I tried deleting the provider and restarting my phone and add provider back but this did not work. Thank you for the info though.
