Audio problems while streaming through Roku

Audio gets really low or completely goes silent. Don't have this issue with other streaming services.

Sometimes it will correct itself if I go to another channel and come back. Sometimes it doesn't.

Very irritating during sporting events which is the reason I got DirecTV stream

We are having this exact same issue on my mothers tv. She has a ROKU Premiere connected via HDMI. Her Sony speaker bar with sub is connected via an optical cable. Everything works great and no audio loss…except on directtv stream. About every 6-8 seconds it blips out. We have to place it in stereo mode to watch DTV stream to keep it from blipping out. Which in turn affects audio quality greatly. I’ve moved through all the audio settings without any luck. It’s obviously an issue. But with who and what is the question.

Update to my previous posts. I have replaced my Roku Premieres with the Roku Express 4K+ (new model) and the problems have not reoccurred in over a month.
