Audio sync issues
We have multiple televisions, some with an attached Roku and some with the TV app. ALL have sync issues! This is a DirecTV problem! I have scoured the forums and tried everything. Again, this is a DirecTV issue! From live TV to recordings it randomly happens and fast forward, pause, rewind, it doesn't matter. If it happens to a show, it will continue with that show. I am paying a lot of money for a service that makes some shows (important shows to me) unwatchable. Just admit there is an issue and fix it! I am tired of spending time trying to get something (I am paying money for) to work as it should! And yes I have 250 gig download speed which should be more than enough!

Not sure where you sent me a PM. Haven't seen it. Watching a recorded show now and it is still happening! Makes it unwatchable!

I have an ongoing sync issue with only FOX TV channel for both recorded and live TV. All other stations are fine. Happens across all my devices and TVs (Fire Sticks, laptop browser, and cell phone app and browser) so I know it's not my equipment.
