Audio Sync

I have been experiencing issues where audio lags behind the video. I'm streaming through an Apple TV 4k. The extent of the problem varies by channel. For example, ESPN is mostly perfect, but channels like AMC and Paramount Network often have audio lag. Is this a known issue and are there any solutions? I've tried various combinations of output resolutions and match content settings, but nothing works consistently.
