Auto Sign-in disabled for our streaming devices
Every time we turn on our TV we have to enter our serial # in order to activate the streaming device. We didn't turn off the auto sign-in. How do we get it back on?

Hi @lrdisher
I will share with you some steps to turn on the auto sing-in. Please keep in mind this process took 24 hours to confirm the changes and after that you can confirm if it works:
1. Go to your account overview.
http://dtv.att.com/59276e4f the My streaming devices area, select Manage.
http://dtv.att.com/441815ac disable auto sign-in, change the selector from On to Off.
4.Follow the prompts to complete.
Please let us know once you done this steps and after the 24 hours. We will be here at anytime.

It won't let me toggle the switch. It says auto sign-in is disabled and cannot be turned back on.

Thanks for letting us know @lrdisher If you have the DIRECTV STREAM device, let's try to factory reset.
To restart your DIRECTV STREAM device. Please try
1-Press and release the red button on the side.
2-Unplug your device for at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Issue for 3 months. Employee disabled when I had login issue. Now permanent and can't enable
