Not at all! If they lose the contract, it will be because of price. I personally don't want another giant increase. With Bally coming out (maybe all ready out) with their own service, you can subscribe with Bally if you need the option.

There is one issue with that i have roku sticks and i cant get Bally sports plus on those

Guess you need a supported device. A one time price is better than a monthly increase.

So if worst comes to worst i just pay an increase with direct and still keep Bally 

Just have to wait and see. No one here has any inside connections to know their plans.

Current Bally Sports/Directv contract expires at the end of 2023. That doesn't mean they won't renew it.

DIRECTV remains dedicated to bringing customers the best TV experience at the most reasonable value. We are discussing contract renewal with the content provider, and at the moment there is not an estimated time for the agreement to be reached. As soon as there is an update regarding this contract negotiation, our customers will be notified via email/bill.

Bally is the only reason I have DirecTV. If it gets dropped I will look at options. I hope it remains in my package.
